摘要
针对煤矿瓦斯气体的浓度检测,设计了一种基于液位传感器的瓦斯气体自动取样装置。该装置由液位传感器、信号调理电路、单片机控制系统、矩阵键盘模块和显示模块组成。实践结果表明,该装置具有精度高和可控性好等优点。
Aiming at the gas concentration measurement of the coal mine methane, a kind of gas automatic sampling device is designed based on the liquid level sensor. The device is composed of liquid level sensor, signal conditioning circuit, single chip microcomputer control system, matrix keyboard module and display module. The experiment result shows that the device has high accuracy and good controllability.
