补阳还五汤加减治疗老年痴呆症35例临床观察

Revised Buyang Huanwu Decoction Treat Senile Dementia(SD) 35 Cases

[目的]观察补阳还五汤为主加减治疗老年痴呆症的临床疗效。[方法]将符合病例的70例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服中药补阳还五汤加减治疗,对照组口服盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,两组分别在治疗前及治疗1、2个月后进行简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。[结果]两组MMSE评分增长,ADL评分下降,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤加减治疗老年痴呆症疗效确切。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of SD treated with revised Buyang Huanwu Decoction.[Method] Randomly divide 70 cases into treat ment and control groups;the treatment one orally took revised TCM Buyang Huanwu Decoction,the control one,Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets;2 groups were made score under MMSE and ADL before treatment and 1 and 2m after treatment.[Result] Both groups MMSE scores increased,ADL de creased,and the treatment group was much better than control one,with difference of statistical meaning.[Conclusion] Buyang Huanwu Decoction has definite cure effect on SD.
