羊水干细胞对梗死心肌的修复作用

摘要 羊水干细胞(amniotic fluid stem cell,AFS)具有多向分化潜能,体外在一定的诱导条件下可以诱导AFS出现心肌表型,通过细胞移植为心肌梗死区域提供有功能的心肌细胞并改善心脏功能。已有资料表明AFS具有向心肌样细胞分化的能力,但AFS本身分化,具有功能性的心肌细胞能力较差,所以为了提高AFS分化为功能性心肌细胞的效率,以及能为临床应用是目前该领域的研究热点。本文就AFS对梗死心肌修复作用的研究进展进行综述。 Amniotic fluid stem cells(AFS) has multiple differentiation potential in vitro under certain induction conditions can be induced AFS myocardial table type appears,by cell transplantation for myocardial infarction area of functional myocardial cells and improve heart function.Many studies show that AFS differentiate into cardiomyocyte-like cells,but the lack of ability to differentiate into functional cardiomyocytes,and thus increasing the efficiency of the AFS differentiation into functional cardiomyocytes for clinical application in the field of research.This paper reviews the progress on AFS repair of infarcted myocardium.
