呼吸道合胞病毒疫苗的研究进展

摘要 呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)是婴幼儿下呼吸道感染的最重要病原,RSV也是造成老年人和免疫缺陷成人高患病率和死亡率的重要原因。因此,研制安全有效的RSV疫苗保护易感人群非常重要。感兴趣的科研工作者研究RSV疫苗已经有几十年的历史,然而至今尚未有成熟的疫苗上市,本文就有关呼吸道合胞病毒疫苗的研究从RSV生物学性状、动物模型建立和效果评价、疫苗研究进展进行归纳。
