云南白药治疗七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的临床效果观察

The clinical therapeutic effects of yun nan bai yao on aescine sodium-induced phlebitis

目的探讨云南白药治疗七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的临床效果。方法 120例静脉炎患者,采用随机数字的方法分为对照组和试验组各60例,对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上局部外敷云南白药,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果试验组的总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(70.0%),住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎,常规治疗的基础上局部外敷云南白药,临床效果显著,可降低患者的住院时间和住院费用,提高患者对护理质量的满意度,使优质护理服务更专业。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of yun nan bai yao on aescine sodium-induced phlebitis. Methods One hundred and twenty phlebitis patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and test group, 60 patients each group. The control group was treated routinely while the test group was treated with external applied yun nan bai yao based on routine therapies. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The medication effective rate of the test group （95.0%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（70.0% ） （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The average length of hos- pital stay of the test group was shorter than that of the control group. The cost of hospitalization of the test group was less than that of the control group. The degree of satisfaction from the nursing care of the test group was higher than that of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The treatment of aescine sodium-induced phlebitis by using yun nan bai yao is clinicaily effective. It can decrease the average length of hospital stay and cost of hosp!talization, and elevate the degree of satisfaction of nursing care quality making high-quality nursing service more professional.
