Regulatory Status Quo of China's Sports Competitions Violations and Mechanisms Innovation

我国体育竞赛违规行为近年来不断增多,监管不力是首要原因。当前社会对体育界反腐打黑的强烈诉求,探讨我国体育竞赛违规行为的监管机制创新是非常重要和必要的。运用文献资料、个案及比较分析等方法,对我国体育竞赛违规行为监管现状从法律、行政、行业和媒体等方面进行了探讨;并对监管不力原因进行了剖析。在此基础上,对我国体育竞赛监管机制的创新从监管思维、监管体制、监管制度三个方面进行了探讨。

The sports competition violations in China is growing in recent years,the lack of supervision is the primary cause.According to the current strong demand for combating anti-social sports community,investigating violations of China’s sports competitions regulatory mechanism innovation is very important and necessary.This paper employs literature,case and comparative analysis methods to study the proldem from the legal,administrative,industry and media aspects.And examines the reasons of ineffective supervision.Finally,the author discusses the innovative regulatory mechanism in sports competition in China from three aspects of regulatory thinking,the regulatory system,regulatory system.
