摘要
文中对椰炭改性聚酯纤维与棉混纺针织物的染色工艺进行了研究,通过单因素分析法和正交试验设计法优化了混纺针织物中椰炭改性聚酯纤维的染色条件为:分散蓝2BLN用量0.6%、染色载体TM-DL102用量3.0%、染色温度98℃、染色时间80 min、pH值5.5、浴比1∶50;使用活性翠蓝KN-G对混纺针织物中的棉纤维进行染色,当其用量为8%时,棉纤维与椰炭改性聚酯纤维的色差小,可达到良好的同色性。采用优化后的工艺对椰炭改性聚酯纤维混纺针织物染色,结果表明,织物的耐洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均在4级以上,达到了服用要求。
Dyeing process of coconut carbon modified polyester fibers and cotton blended knitted fabrics is researched in this paper, and the dyeing conditions for coconut carbon modified polyester fibers in blended knitted fabrics are optimized in term of single factor analysis method and orthogonal experiment method. The optimum conditions for coconut carbon modified polyester fibers dyeing are: dosage of Disperse Blue 2BL is 0.6%, dosage of dyeing carrier TM-DL102 is 3.0%, under 98 % for 80 minutes, pH value is 5.5 and bath ratio is 1:50. In this blended knitted fabrics, cotton fibers are dyed by using Reactive Turquoise Blue KN-G, and while its dosage is 8%, color differences between cotton fibers and coconut carbon modified polyester fibers are small, through this way good identical color ability can be got. After coconut carbon modified polyester fibers blended knitted fabrics dyed in the proposed conditions, it is found that the color fastness to washing, to perspiration and to rubbing are all above lever 4, which satisfies the wearable requirements.
