摘要
动态观察35例AFP阳性、B超或CT检查阴性患者的血清AFP-R-L含量。首次检查时,AFP-R-L为33.8±23.8％,阳性率65.7％。随访1～70个月,4例AFP-R-L由阴性转阳性。34例影像学检查逐渐显示阳性结果,其中30例经手术证实为肝细胞癌。1例AFP持续低浓度阳性10年。AFP-R-L阳性对肝癌发生的预测率达96.3％。
Alpha-fetoprotein reactive to lens lectin (AFP-R-L) was monitored in 35 patients with above 20μg/L AFP and negative imaging. AFP-R-L levels were 33.8±23.8% and the positivity was 65.7% at the first assay. For follow-up of 1-70 months, AFP-R-L rose to above 25% in 4 cases and imaging showed space-occupying lesions of the liver in 34. Of 30 cases of them, hepatocellular carcinoma was histologically proved. Low AFP concentrations continued for 10 years in one case. Accuracy of predicting the present of hepatocellular carcinoma with positive AFP-R-L values was 96.3%.
