新型农村合作医疗患者住院费用影响因素分析

Impact factor analysis of hospitalization expenses of inpatients enrolled in the new rural cooperative medical scheme

目的:了解新型农村合作医疗患者住院费用的分布及其影响因素,探索控制住院费用的措施。方法:调查了2008年8月-2011年8月住院费用的正态性分布,对可能的影响因素进行相关性分析。结果:提示药占比、实际住院天数、合并其他疾病及手术与否是主要影响因素,尤以药占比较为集中和突出。结论:建议从医院和科室两个层面把控制药占比和住院天数作为主要监控指标,并采取有效的干预措施。

Objective To find out the distribution characteristics of hospitalization expenses of inpatients enrolled in the new rural cooperative medical scheme and the impact factors,and to explore the measures to keep down the expen- ses. Methods We investigated normal distribution of inpatient expenses about six categories of single-- kind sickness between August 2008 and August 2011 and made correlation analysis of possible impact factors. Results The principal impact factors are medicinal ratio,actual length of stay,complex disease and operability,of which the medicinal ratio is prominent. Conclusions It is proposed that the monitoring of medicinal ratio and length of stay be used as main indexes both in departments and in hospital,and effective intervention measures be adopted.
