摘要
为了在设计阶段准确分析固体火箭发动机推力线横移的大小,提出了一种基于蒙特卡洛的仿真计算方法。通过对影响推力线横移的因素进行分析,建立了横移大小和方位的极坐标数学表达式,讨论了各影响因素的分布规律,并采用蒙特卡洛法进行了仿真计算。结果表明,该方法能够方便、迅速完成推力线横移的计算,为优化设计参数、评估设计结果提供依据。
In order to accurately analyze the thrust line off-set size of solid rocket motor at the design stage,a simulation calculation method based on Monte-Carlo was put forward.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the thrust line off-set,the mathematic model of transverse size and orientation based on polar coordinates system was carried out,the distribution of each influence factor was discussed,and Monte-Carlo method was adopted for simulation.The result shows the above method is easy and fast to compute thrust line off-set,which is referable to optimize design parameter and estimate design result.
