摘要 针对目前塔机安全监控系统在通信方式、数据存储、单台监控等方面的不足,深入分析无线通信的通信机制,采用无线通信方式以及上位机来组建集群作业塔机安全监控系统,实现了数据无线传输、关键数据保存到黑匣子、超载实时报警、多台塔机上位机集中监控等功能。长期运行表明:该系统性能稳定、操作方便简单、成本低,为塔机安全监控提供了新的解决方案。 For current tower crane security monitoring system is of deficient in communication way,data storage and single monitoring system,the security monitoring system of tower crane fleet was built with wireless communication and upper machine after communication protocols were deeply analyzed.The wireless transportation and overload real-time alert were realized,key data was saved into black box,tower crane fleets were centralized monitoring in PC.Long-term field operation shows that the system features stable performance and simple operation,and low cost.It gives a new solution to security monitoring system of tower crane.
