摘要
采用改进的Bedford训练模型对雄性SD大鼠进行为期6周的大强度耐力训练,以研究石榴皮总黄酮对大鼠不同组织机体脂质过氧化损伤及抗氧化能力的影响,探讨石榴皮总黄酮对大鼠运动能力的作用机制。结果表明:石榴皮总黄酮能明显提高大鼠运动能力,延长力竭距离,有抗疲劳作用,运动加药组较运动对照组力竭距离延长26.57%。石榴皮总黄酮可提高机体SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性,增强机体清除产生的活性氧自由基的能力,有效保护器官功能的正常,延长运动至疲劳的时间。
In this study,a modified Bedford training model was employed in a six-week high-intensity endurance training to male SD rat,in order to investigate the effects of total flavonoids from pomegranate rind on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant capacity of different tissues in rats,to explore the action mechanism of the flavonoids on locomotivity of rats.The results showed the flavonoids had an anti-fatigue effect,which could significantly improve locomotivity of rats and prolong the time to exhaustion.The time to exhaustion in the exercise+drug treatment group was prolonged by 26.57% compared with the exercise control group.The flavonoids could improve the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in vivo,enhance the body's ability to eliminate the generated active oxygen radicals,effectively protect normal functions of organs,and prolong time to fatigue.
