摘要
随着移动互联网技术的飞速发展和广泛应用,人们对意见领袖的关注逐步从Web网络转向社交网络。以传统意见领袖、网络意见领袖和社交网络意见领袖的研究发展作为主线,梳理了各个阶段意见领袖的筛选特征及筛选算法,针对各方法的不足,提出了系统化的筛选特征指标。同时,提出了采用结构洞的方法筛选社交网络意见领袖及其基本步骤。基于结构洞的筛选方法的特征指标更加全面,而且操作更便捷有效。
With the rapid development and wide application of mobile Internet, opinion leader in social network have gained more attention than those in web network. Taking the development of research on traditional opinion leader, web opinion leader and social network opinion leader as the main line,the paper analyzes indentifying characters and algorithms of different researches for opinion leader, and puts forward systematic characteristic indexes against the shortcomings of those researches. At the same time, it proposes to adopt structural hole-based method to identify social network opinion leader and the basic steps. The characteristic indexes of proposed identifying method are more comprehensive and the new method is more convenient and effective.
