原发性浆细胞白血病1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者，男，53岁，于10d前无明显诱因出现全身乏力症状，夜间出现低热，并感腰背部疼痛不适，放射到左下肢，无腹泻、头痛、腹痛、头晕、心慌、胸闷不适。在当地卫生院给予静脉滴注头孢曲松等抗炎治疗5d（具体不祥），症状改善不明显，为进一步治疗，遂到我院就诊。门诊查血WBC48．9×109／L，Hb103g／L，RBC4．0×1012／L，HCT0．36，PLT86×109／L。N0．39，L0．22，M0．08，浆细胞0．31；空腹血糖9．4mmol／L。
