Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Shapei Decoction in Treatment of Ectopic Pregnency

目的:探讨分析杀胚中药治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法:将本院于2009年3月—2012年12月收治的300例未破损期异位妊娠患者按随机数法分为实验组与对照组,两组均为150例。对照组接受甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮的药物治疗,实验组在此基础上另服用杀胚中药。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组治愈率明显优于对照组(92.0%vs 73.3%,χ2=18.238,P=0.000);实验组血β-HCG恢复正常、异位妊娠包块吸收及月经复潮所用时间均少于对照组[(13.14±5.18)d,(84.42±15.83)d,(76.51±12.63)d vs(17.05±8.13)d,(96.58±16.24)d,(88.47±19.29)d,t=4.968,6.567,6.353,P=0.000,0.000,0.000];实验组治疗后输卵管畅通情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在使用西药的基础上联合杀胚中药治疗宫外孕疗效显著,有利于妊娠包块的早期吸收及患者机体健康的恢复,值得推广。

Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of Shapei Decoction in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：300 patients with ectopic pregnancy who came to our hospital from Mar.2009 to Dec.2012 were randomly divided into the control group（a singal methotrexate therapy） and the experimental group（Shapei Decoction combined methotrexate therapy）.There were 150 cases in each group.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results：The treatment successful rate of the experimental group was statistically higher than that of the control group（92.0% vs 73.3%,χ2=18.238,P=0.000）;the time of serum β-HCG dropped to normal,pelvic ectopic pregnancy in the mass absorption and menstruation of was statistically shorter than that of the control group[（13.14±5.18）d,（84.42±15.83）d,（76.51±12.63）d vs（17.05±8.13）d,（96.58±16.24）d,（88.47±19.29）d,t=4.968,6.567,6.353,P=0.000,0.000,0.000];ipsilateral tubal patency in experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shapei Decoction combined methotrexate therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,which can promote the softening of the ectopic pregnancy mass,the absorption and dissipation and maximize the physical health of the patients.So it is worthy of promoting.
