摘要
为解决现有多数马铃薯挖掘机作业易壅堵、挖掘阻力大、分离能力弱、明薯率低、伤薯率高等问题,研制了一种4U-1000型马铃薯挖掘机,并对该机的关键部件如掘土部件、分离机构、支撑行走轮调节机构及链传动系统进行了设计研究,确定了其结构参数.结果表明:4U-1000型马铃薯挖掘机挖掘、输运流畅,分离效果明显;平均伤薯率为3.83%,平均损失率为3.58%,平均明薯率为96.8%,能够满足马铃薯挖掘的农艺要求.
In order to solve the problem of blocking easily, greatly digging resistance, weak separation ability and higher damage rate of potato tubers harvester,a potato tuber harvester named 4U-1000 was designed. The key parts of machine, digging components, detaching mechanism, supporting walking wheels regulating mechanism and chain transmission system were developed and studied, and the structure parameters were determined. The results showed that the harvester performed smoothly in digging, transporting without any block, and tubers were separated effectively from soil. The damage rate was 3.83 %, the losing rate was 3.58%, and the obvious rate was 96.8%. The machine could meet the requirements for potato tu- bers harvesting.
