摘要
目的研究骨髓基质细胞对关节软骨缺损的修复效果。方法抽取兔骨髓基质细胞在体外扩增,将其混合于II型胶原凝胶内,再植入体内,观察其对兔膝关节软骨缺损的修复效果。结果软骨缺损由类似于透明软骨的组织修复,3个月后未见软骨退变。结论骨髓基质细胞对关节软骨具有修复能力,可望成为临床上修复关节软骨的新方法。
Objective To investigate the value of bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) on the repair of articular cartilage defect. Method Cultured BMSCs were embedded in collagen II gel were placed in the artificial cartilage cartilage defects of rabbits. The repair of the defects were observed in one, two and three months. Result The articular cartilage defects were repaired by tissues resemble hyaline cartilage, no signs of degeneration were found. Conclusion BMSCs can be used to repair the defects of articular cartilage.
