The paper describes the concept, background and development predicament of agricultural products logistics, advises developing fourth party logistics （4PL） under the background of rapid development of agricultural products and tendency of agricultural products logistics, etc., explores issues of information, efficiency and supervision of agricultural products logistics, draws the conclusion that only construction an 4PL agricultural products logistics system can alleviate and solve the aporia of cost, speed and efficiency of China＇s agricultural products logistics.
