摘要 为了实现对空间相机成像配置参数(积分级数、行转移时间、增益、偏置)的100%覆盖性测试,建立了空间相机成像配置参数自动测试判读系统。首先,介绍空间相机成像配置参数的基本组成及作用。接着给出空间相机成像配置参数自动测试判读系统的实现方法。最后利用该系统对某空间相机成像配置参数进行测试,并与传统测试方法相比较分析,说明了自动测试判读系统在测试覆盖性、测试效率、数据判读等方面的优势。实验结果表明:新的系统成像配置参数测试覆盖率达到100%;每条参数测试判读时间缩短至40 ms;测试效率是传统测试方法的600倍;实现了空间相机成像配置参数100%覆盖性测试和测试数据的自动判读。 In order to realize full coverage test of space camera imaging configuration parameters(time delayed and integration stages,row transfer time,gain,offset),an automatic test system is established.First of all,the basic composition and function of space camera imaging configuration parameters are introduced.Next,the test method and system implementation of imaging configuration parameters are provided.Finally,the imaging configuration parameters of a space camera using the automatic test system is tested,and it is compared with traditional method.The results show that the automatic test system has advantage in test efficiency,test coverage and data interpretation.The experimental results indicate that the new system realizes full coverage test for imaging configuration parameters,testing time for each parameter is shorten to 40 ms,the test efficiency is 600 times compared with traditional test method.Therefore,the problem of full coverage test for space camera imaging configuration parameter is resolved.And the new system realizes automatic data interpretation.
