摘要
本文对于给定的 FPSO,首先构造了全锚泊系统、全动力定位系统及由其交叉组合而成的多种定位方案。然后按照多目标决策方法 ,构造了定位方案的评价体系。再分别用三种不同的方法对各方案进行从优到劣的排序 ,并对排序结果进行了集结 。
For a given FPSO, some station keeping plans are designed first in this paper, which based on the mooring system or dynamic positioning (DP) system technology. Then the theory for multiple objective decision making is used to establish the evaluation system for FPSO′s station keeping plans. There are three methods to be used to put in order reasonably for these station keeping plans. Then these results are messed and the optimum plan is obtained.
