摘要
以蓝晶石和氧化铝为原料,氟化铝为催化剂,一定温度下合成莫来石单晶,采用SEM、EDS和XRD对烧结产物进行分析。结果表明,氟化铝最佳添加方式为外置,原料(蓝晶石和Al2O3)与氟化铝最佳质量比为10∶2,此条件下可生成致密均匀的针状莫来石单晶,长径比为40-50。
This paper mainly studied the influence ofA1F3 adding method and amount on mullite crystals synthesis at high temperatures. Kyanite and alumina were treated under a certain temperature regime with AIF3 as catalyst, analyzed the product with SEM, EDS and XRD, and found that the best add way of AIF3 was independent add; The best add amount of raw material (kyanite and alumina) to AIF3 was 10 : 2, dense and uniform columnar mullite single crystal generated on container and the aspect ratio was 40 to 50.
