补肾健骨方治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床疗效分析

The study on clinical effect of bushenjiangu recipe in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture

目的探讨治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的补肾健骨方的临床效果。方法 226例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者随机分成3组,对照组76例给予基础治疗并辅以口服钙片;西药组75例在对照组治疗基础上使用鲑鱼降钙素注射液进行肌肉注射治疗;治疗组75例在对照组治疗基础上予口服补肾健骨方;治疗后对VAS疼痛评分、骨密度(BMP)变化、骨折愈合情况及整体疗效评定进行统计。结果中药组及西药组各个观察指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);中药组与西药组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药补肾健骨方治疗骨质疏松症疗效满意,值得推广。

Objective The purpose of the research was to observe the clinical effect of BuShenJianGu recipe in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture patients. Methods All 226 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. One was the matched group which were kept in hard beds with a soft cushion at lower back or opper back, and combined with taking calcium tablets. Another was the Western medicine group which were t^ated by intramuscular injection of Miacalcic besides the matched group＇ s t^atment, the other was the Chinese herb medicine group which were taken orally BuShenJianGu Recipe. The clinical curative effect was evaluated completely. Results The total curative effect of the Chinese herb medicin group and the Western medicine group was 96.00%, the matched group was 59.20%.Their diffe^nce was conspicuous（P〈0.05）.On the mobility of spine, the diffe^nce of the two groups was evident respectively before and after the treatment（P〈0.05）,and the difference between the two groups was obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The observation indicates that BuShenJianGu Recipe has good effect, and the combination of Traditional Chinese can promote curative effect in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture patients.The treatment project of TCM combined with modern medicine is safe and useful.
