摘要
介绍了扬子石化公司2号乙烯装置样板炉改造内容以及改造实施过程。性能评价结果表明,利用国产CBL型炉技术改造SL-Ⅱ型炉取得了成功,改造后的裂解炉在操作负荷、运行周期和热效率等方面的性能参数较改造前均有大幅提高,达到了设计指标,新技术和新材料应用效果显著。
The innovation and implementation process of the template cracking furnace in No. 2 ethylene plant in Yangzi was introduced. The performance evaluation results showed that the SL-II type furnaces were successfully transformed into CBL-type ones. After transformation,the performance of cracking furnaces was substantially improved in working load,operation cycle and thermal efficiency. All of the main performance parameter indexes were as good as design values,and the application effect of new technology and new materials was notable.
