A New Prokinetic Drug for Chronic Constipation: Prucalopride

摘要 普芦卡必利(Prucalopride)对成年女性慢性便秘有确切的疗效和良好的安全性,包括具有心血管基础疾病的老年患者均具有良好的耐受性和安全性。本文从药品性状、药理作用、药代动力学、临床评价、安全性、适应症等方面进行综述,旨在为其临床合理应用提供参考依据。 Prucalopride has been confirmed with exact effect and favorable safety for adult women with chronic constipation, and has favorable tolerance and safety for old patients with cardiovascular disease. This article reviews the characteristic, pharmacological action, pharmacokinetics, drug interaction, clinical evaluation, and safety of prucalopride in order to provide scientific foundation for rational therapy.
