摘要
综合性医院作为一个高学历人才密集的单位,拥有硕士、博士学位者占了较大的比重。作为一名优秀的高学历青年医师,其对学科发展所产生的作用往往是无法估计的,但是由于我国教育培训制度的弊端,部分高学历人才并不能较好的胜任目前的岗位,加强对他们的临床及科研能力的规范化培训是综合性医院的首要任务。本文通过借鉴美国住院医师培训制度的优势,结合作者所在医院从2010年起开始实施上海市住院医师规范化培训所取得的经验,浅谈我国高学历青年医师培训中值得思考的几个问题。
As a highly educated talent accumulation unit, there is a large proportion of population re-ceived master' s degree or doctor' s degree in general hospital. As a excellent young clinician with high degree, his effect to the development of subject is often unable to estimate. But because of the mal- practice of training system, some highly educated talents were unable to qualified for the job. Strengthened the standardized training of clinical and scientific research ability is the primary task in general hospital. In this paper, by drawing lessons from the advantage of residency training system of the United States and combining with the successful experience of standardized resident training in shanghai from 2010, discuss some question in the standardized training of young clinician with high degree in our country.
