摘要
建立二阶导数法测定吴茱萸固体分散体中吴茱萸碱含量的方法。采用固体-沉淀法制备吴茱萸碱固体分散体,用二阶导数光谱法,测定吴茱萸碱固体分散体中吴茱萸碱的含量。结果表明,吴茱萸碱在3.06—18.36μg/mL质量浓度范围内与二阶导数峰谷差值呈良好的线性关系;回归方程为:y=0.0615x+0.0549(r=0.9992);平均回收率为99.36%,RSD为0.49%(n=9)。本法准确度高、精密度好、操作简单,可用于吴茱萸碱固体分散体中吴茱萸碱的测定。
Method for determining evodiamine in PVP solid dispersion(SD) was established.The evodiamine solid dispersion was prepared by solvent-melting method and second order derivative spectrophotometry was applied to determine evodiamine content in solid dispersion.The experiment had a good liner relationship range from 3.06 to 18.36μg·mL-1 for evodiamine.The regression equation was y=0.0615x+0.0549(r=0.9992).The average recovery rate was 99.36%,RSD=0.49%(n=9).The method was simple,accurate and rapid.It is suitable for the determination of evodiamine in Evodiamine solid dispersion.
