摘要
段家峡水电站的增效扩容改造,根据自身具体情况,在现有水工建筑物过流能力和尺寸等诸多边界条件限制下,结合流域内其他电站的用水情况综合分析,合理确定装机规模和机组型号,既节省投资,缩短建设工期,又使整个流域水能资源得到有效利用;既消除了安全隐患、提高发电效益,又保护了环境,达到增效减排的目的。
The water consumption condition of other power stations within the resin along with synergistic expansion transformation of Long County Duanjiaxia Hydropower Station carries out analysis according to own specific circumstances under the limitation of many boundary conditions of existing hydraulic buildings such as flow capacity,size and the like any other boundary conditions. The installed capacity scale and unit model are rationally determined,which not only saves investment,but also shortens the construction period. Water resources of the entire basin are efficiently used. The safety risks are eliminated and the power generation efficiency is improved on the one hand,and the environment is protected and the purpose of increasing efficiency and reducing emission is achieved on the other hand.
