摘要
根据铝锭堆垛要求,对铝锭堆垛的动作流程作了合理的分析与规划,研制了一种4自由度全自动化铝锭堆垛机械手,满足铝锭堆垛的要求。设计了以AT89C52为核心的堆垛机械手控制系统,采用主从混合式多点串行通讯的两级计算机控制方式,使机械手操作简单,控制精度高,成本低。
According to the requirements of aluminum ingots stacking,and in order to meet the requirements of aluminum ingots stacking,the action process of stack-manipulator to aluminum-ingot was reasonably planed and a kind of 4 DOF automated stack-manipulator to aluminum-ingot was designed.Then,the distributed control system based on AT89C52 MCU by master-slave blend multi-point serial communication was designed,so the stack-manipulator is with the characteristics of simplicity of operation,high control precision and low costing.
