主流史学、精英史学和大众史学——改革开放以来中国史学的面貌及发展态势

The Mainstream Historiography,the Elite Historiography and the Public Historiography

改革开放以来中国史学存在着主流史学、精英史学和大众史学三种形态。主流史学是在主流意识形态的指导下构建起来的史学话语体系,表达的是国家的历史观;精英史学侧重于追求学术价值的永恒和理论创造的精深,表达的是个性化的历史见解和审美情趣;大众史学则是由大众书写、通过大众所喜闻乐见的表达方式提供给大众阅读的史学。改革开放以来史学的发展态势是主流史学面临考验,精英史学不断崛起,大众史学异军突起。要建设更加健康的史学生态环境,主流史学必须以更加开阔的胸襟迎接各类史学的挑战,走向新的繁荣;精英史学要有更多的社会担当和政治关怀,彰显社会良知;大众史学则必须提高书写者的学识修养和社会责任感,使作品达到学术价值和社会价值的统一。

Chinese historiography is made up of the mainstream historiography, the elite historiography and the public historiography. Since the reform and opening up, the development trend shows that the mainstream historiography faces the tests, the elite historiography grows up and the public historiography rises suddenly. To build a more healthy historiographical ecological environment, the mainstream historiography should face challenges with more open mind, the elite historiography should show more political concern and social responsibilities, and the public historiography should improve the academic attainment and social responsibilities as writers.
