多支血管病变急性冠脉综合征患者罪犯血管的判断 被引量:2

摘要 急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndromes,ACS)是冠心病的严重类型,尽管当今诊疗技术的进展,由于ACS引发的死亡、心肌梗死、再入院率依然很高。目前的指南普遍认为,对于多支血管病变的ACS患者,应该首先处理罪犯血管,然后分期完成完全血运重建,因此对于罪犯血管的判断尤为重要。
