摘要
在固定床反应器中研究了自制的脱氯剂与高温煤气中 HCl气体的反应动力学 ,得出在550°C时反应受通过产物层的扩散和化学反应所控制 ,两者的阻力之比为 0 .1 38。同时研究了温度和进口 HCl气体浓度对该反应的影响 ,得出反应对于气相 HCl为一级反应。
The kinetics of the reaction between the sorbent self prepared and HCl in a gas stream simulating high temperature coal gas was investigated under certain conditions. The experimental results obtained were analyzed by a shinking core model of diffusion and chemical reaction control. The effects of reaction temperature and inlet HCl concentration on reactivity of sorbent were studied in a fixed bed reactor.
