氨基酸胶囊对舰艇官兵Th1/Th2细胞因子和可诱导共刺激分子CD28表达的影响

Effects of amino acids capsules on the expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines and inducible costimulatory molecules CD28 in the naval ship crew

摘要 目的探讨氨基酸胶囊对舰艇官兵Th1/Th2细胞因子和可诱导共刺激分子CD28的影响。方法采用数字表法将100名舰艇官兵随机分为氨基酸胶囊组和安慰剂组(对照组),分别给予氨基酸胶囊和安慰剂胶囊,在气温28~35℃,湿度72%-81%环境和正常参加军事作业情况下,连续服用14d,分别在第1、15天用ELISA法检测官兵血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)表达水平,流式细胞术检测外周血单个核细胞CD28表达指标CD4+、CD8+、CD28+、CD+ CD28+、CD8+CD28+。结果实验第15天,胶囊组官兵IFN-γ和IFN-γ/IL-4的值分别为(193.51±19.63)ng/L和(102.86±20.5)明显高于对照组(176.04±18.26)ng/L和(72.55±27.18),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而IL-4、共刺激分子CD4+、CD28+、CD4+CD28+、CD8+CD28+均明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论氨基酸胶囊能通过调节可诱导共刺激分子的表达水平,纠正体内的Th2偏移和Th1/Th2失衡,从而提高舰艇官兵机体免疫力。 Objective To investigate the effects of amino acids capsules on the expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines and inducible costimulatory molecules CD28 in the naval ship crew. Methods One hundred naval personnel were randomly divided into 2 groups: the amino acids capsule group and the placebo group. The 2 groups were respectively given amino acids capsules and placebo capsules for 14 days at air temperature of 28 - 35 ℃ and humidity of 72% - 81%. Expressions of serum T interferon (IFN-γ) and interferon-4 ( IL-4 ) were detected with ELISA at day 1 and day 15 respectively. In the mean time, the expression levels of CD4+ , CD8 + , CD28 +, CD4 + CD28 + and CD8 + CD28 + in the peripheral blood were detected with flow cytometry (FCM). Results At day 15, the levels of IFN-T and IFN-γ/IL-4 for the capsule group were ( 193.51 ±19.63) ng/L and ( 102.86 ±20.50)ng/L, which were significantly higher than those of the placebo group (176.04 ±18.26 )ng/L and (72.55 ± 27.18 )ng/L, with significantly statistical difference (P 〈 0.05 ), while the levels of IL-4, CD4 +, CD28 +, CD4 + CD28 + and CD8 + CD28 + fr the capsule group were significantly lower than those of the placebo group ( P 〈 0.05 ), also with statistical significance. Conclusions Amino acids capsules could regulate the expression levels of ICOS and correct the Th2 type immune polarization and Th1/Th2 imbalance, and as a result, it could enhance the immunological function of the naval ship crew.
