优化合成肉桂醛的工艺研究

摘要 采用乙醛和苯甲醛为原料,用乙醇为溶剂,在氢氧化钠催化条件下合成肉桂醛。分别考察乙醛和苯甲醛的物质的量比、反应温度、碱质量分数、反应时间和乙醇体积含量对肉桂醛产率的影响,在此基础上通过正交试验L16(45)确定了合成肉桂醛的最佳工艺条件为n(乙醛)∶n(苯甲醛)=1.1∶1.0,反应温度为30℃,碱质量分数是8.3%,反应时间为75min,乙醇体积含量为50%,肉桂醛产率为61.23%。 Using aldehyde and benzaldehyde as raw materials, ethanol as the solvent, synthesis cinnamyl aldehyde using sodium hydroxide as catalytic conditions, distinguish inspect the influence of reaction temperature, reaction time, raw material mol ratio, amount of alkali and ethanol volume percentage to the yield of cinnamyl dehyde, on this basis, through the orthogonal test of L16 (4^5) to determine the best process conditions of cinnamyl aldehyde is that n(acetaldehyde) : n(benzaldehyde) is 1.1 : 1.0, reaction temperature is 30degree, alkali mass fraction isg. Opercent, reaction time is 75min, volume fraction of ethanol is 50 percent, the yield of cinnamyl aldehyde is the highest,that is 61.23 percent.
