Effect of Different Pretreatment Methods on Cleaning Surgical Instruments

目的观察不同预处理方法对手术器械清洗质量的影响，寻求最佳的清洗方法，提高手术器械清洗质量，保证灭菌效果。方法将1000件手术后污染器械随机分成实验组与对照组，每组500件，两组之间的手术器械污染程度、种类无显著差异性。实验组将回收的手术器械用流动水冲洗后放在1：270鲁沃夫全效型多酶清洗液中浸泡5—10min，再进行全自动清洗消毒机清洗；对照组将回收的手术器械用流动水冲洗后直接放在全自动清洗消毒机清洗。对1000件手术器械逐一进行目测和放大镜检查，并借助于STF检测卡模拟检测清洗质量。结果实验组清洗质量明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用多酶清洗液浸泡顸处理＋全自动清洗消毒机清洗手术器械，可有效地去除血液、有机物污染，显著提高手术器械的清洗质量，保证灭菌质量，规避因为清洗不彻底所造成的灭菌失败，可操作性强。

Objective To explore the best cleaning method,improve the cleaning quality, and guarantee the quality of the fi- nal cleaning from observing the influence of different pretreatment methods on cleaning quality of surgical instruments. Methods 1000 light pollution surgical instruments were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 500, pollution degree and type between the two groups had no significant difference. The experimental group was soaked 5 - 10 minutes by RUHOF multi-enzyme cleaning solution after irrigated with flowing water, then cleaning and disinfection machine. Con- trol group was cleaned by full automatic cleaning and disinfection machine directly after irrigated with flowing water. The cleaning quality of the instruments was reassessed by eye, magnifying glass, and STF detection card. Results The cleaning quality of ex- perimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Multi-enzyme cleaning solution with full automatic cleaning and disinfection machine can effectively remove the blood, organic pollution,improve cleaning quality, ensure the sterilization qualit）;, and avoid sterilization failure for not thorough cleaning. The method had strong operability.
