手法复位结合外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨手法复位结合外固定架治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析56例老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者资料,观察组采用手法复位与外固定相结合进行治疗,对照组采用手法复位石膏外固定.结果 56例均进行随访,随访时间为5~18个月,平均(10.1±5.6)个月.观察组优良率为92.8% (26/28),患腕创伤性关节炎2例.对照组优良率为57.1%,患腕创伤性关节炎4例.两组优良率及不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(x2=9.800、2.086,均P<0.05).结论 手法复位与外固定架联合治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折,疗效确切、安全、创伤小、值得临床推广.
