摘要
以玻化微珠、水泥、粉煤灰和石膏为主要原料,硅酸钾为外加剂,通过模压成型工艺制备出玻化微珠无机保温材料,并掺加VAE乳液和硬脂酸-聚乙烯醇乳液防水剂,改善玻化微珠无机保温材料的耐水性能。复合掺加10%VAE乳液和5%硬脂酸-聚乙烯醇乳液防水剂使材料的抗折强度和抗压强度分别由0.56MPa和1.15MPa提高到0.64MPa和1.35MPa,软化系数提高到0.71,2h体积吸水率降低到6.9%,软化系数增加了69.05%,2h体积吸水率降低了45.24%。
Glazed micro beads, cement, fly ash and gypsum as main raw material, potassium silicate as additive, a insulation inorganic materials with glazed micro beads is prepared. VAE emulsion and stearic acid and polyvinyl alcohol emulsion waterproof agent are added to improve resistance to water of the material.
