透皮特性结合正交试验优选麻芥平喘巴布剂有效组分的提取工艺 被引量:3

Optimization of Extraction Technology for Effective Ingredients from Majie Pingchuan Cataplasma by Orthogonal Test and Transdermal Characteristic Investigation

摘要 目的:优选麻芥平喘巴布剂的有效组分提取工艺。方法:以盐酸伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷的提取率和透过率为综合评价指标,采用正交试验优选提取工艺,提取物用Franz扩散池法进行体外透皮试验,HPLC测定伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷含量。结果:麻芥平喘有效组分的最佳提取工艺为加6倍量80%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论:结合药效学指标优选的提取工艺符合实际应用需求,为麻芥平喘巴布剂的临床推广提供依据。 Objective: To optimize extraction technology of effective ingredients from Majie Pingchuan cataplasma.Method: With extraction rate and transmittance of amygdalin and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride as comprehensive evaluation index,extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test,transdermal test of extract was adopted by Franz diffusion cell,the contents of amygdalin and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were determined by HPLC.Result: Optimum extraction process was as following: reflux extracted 2 times with 6-fold the amount of 80% ethanol,1.5 h per time.Conclusion: Optimized technology met actual application requirements by combining with pharmacodynamic index,it could provide basis for clinical practice of Majie Pingchuan cataplasma.
