芭蕉根的UPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立芭蕉根的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)指纹图谱分析方法,为其质量控制提供参考。方法:采用AgilentZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,0.1%乙酸水-乙腈洗脱系统梯度洗脱,检测波长290 nm,流速0.2 mL.min-1,柱温35℃。测定15批芭蕉根药材的指纹图谱,并对不同产地的芭蕉根进行系统聚类分析和相似度比较。结果:建立了芭蕉根药材的UPLC指纹图谱,确立了16个共有峰,系统聚类分析可将不同产地的芭蕉根分为3大类,结合相似度分析结果说明不同产地样品的化学组分的含量差异较大。结论:该方法快速、准确、重复性好,可用于芭蕉根药材的质量控制。 Objective: To establish the UPLC fingerprint analysis method of Musa basjoo,for its quality control.Method: Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm ×100 mm,1.8 μm) column was used,the mobile phase was composed 0.1% acetic acid water-acetonitrile with gradient elution,detection wavelength was set at 290 nm,the flow rate was 0.2 mL.min-1,column temperature was 35 ℃.Determination of fingerprint of Musa basjoo,the system cluster and similarity comparison was used to analysis the different origin M.basjoo herbs.Result: The UPLC fingerprint of M.basjoo was established and calibration of 16 common peaks,M.basjoo herbs can be divided into three categories by hierarchical cluster analysis,combined with the similarity analysis results indicate that the different origin of the M.basjoo had difference content of chemical composition.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible,so it can be used for quality control of the M.basjoo herbs.
