摘要
对直列四缸曲轴的静平衡和动平衡进行了分析,采用Matlab编程软件实现了曲轴动平衡的计算.计算结果表明,质径积分解与矢量合成的平衡算法的计算值与实际值较为吻合;通过调整平衡块的参数优化了曲轴的平衡.这种设计方法可以在曲轴的设计过程中直接对曲轴零件进行动平衡分析,提高计算精度并节省曲轴的设计开发时间和成本.
The static balance and dynamic balance of a in-line four-cylinder crankshaft were analyzed.Matlab programming software was used to calculate the crankshaft dynamic balance.The calculation results show that the calculation value of balance algorithm by matter decomposition and vector synthetic is more consistent with the actual value,the crankshaft's balance can be optimized by modifing the parameters of couterweight.The algorithm designed can achieve direct dynamic balance analysis during the design process,greatly improve the accuracy of the calculation and reduce the time and cost for crankshaft design.
