摘要
针对大型不规则机械零件的加工,分析了传统的机械加工方式和加工设备存在的弊端。介绍了柔性制造系统(flexible manufacturing system,FMS)的组成,包括:加工子系统,物流和信息子系统。具体介绍了立式五轴车铣复合加工中心高集成、高速度、高精度、高柔性的特点及典型CAM软件。
For the manufacture of large irregular mechanical parts, analyzes the disadvantages of traditional mechanical processing ways and process equipment. Introduces the composition of flexible manufacturing system (FMS), including machining subsystem, logistics subsystems and information subsystem. Introduces the high concentration, high speed, precious and flexible of vertical five-axis milling machining center and also the typical CAM software.
