摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC技术的翻车推车机的优化方案,PLC模块通过传感器的作用,实时监测翻车推车机的运行速度,降低推车机在牵重车与空车合钩的行走速度,从而减少冲击力,同时优化低速行走频率,增加高速行走提速程序。实际使用效果表明这种优化设计运行稳定,能够有效提升翻车推车机运行速度,同时保护设备。
This paper introduces a kind of PLC technology based on the overturned cart machine optimization scheme,PLC module through the sensor effect,real-time monitoring of the overturned cart machine running speed,reduce the pusher in pulling heavy car and empty close hook walking speed,thus reducing wallop,at the same time optimization low speed walking frequency and increase high speed walking speed program.The actual practical results show that the optimization design of stable operation,can effectively improve the running speed of the overturned cart machine,at the same time protect the equipment.
