摘要
利用宏程序和菱形35°刀片,通过优化走刀路线加工井下螺杆泵转子,很好地解决了加工过程中,刀片易崩刃、磨损快、精度差等现象。实践证明此方法加工效率高、工件精度好、加工更加合理。
Rhombic 35° insert and optimization of the processing route are used to turn the underground screw pump rotor in this article.The problems of the breaking edge,serious abrasive,low accuracy,and so on are satisfactorily solved.Experiment results show that the method is more effective,more accurate and more reasonable in practice.
