串行通讯在矿井提升机改造中的应用

Serial Communication in Mine Hoist Retrofit Applications

矿井提升机在煤矿生产中起到了重要的作用,研究了一种基于串行通讯技术的矿井提升机改造方案,试图在矿井提升机中通过PLC之间的串行通讯,替代老旧的调速电控系统,从而提升矿井提升机的安全性、稳定性以及运行效率。通过实践证明,能够确保运行稳定、可靠,并且对于简化改造工程的实施过程,减轻现场的安装工作量都有非常重要的现实意义。

The mine hoist in coal mine of production has played a very important role,this paper studies a method based on serial communication technology of the mine hoist reconstruction scheme,trying to mine hoist in PLC through between the serial communication,replace old speed control system,so as to enhance the mine hoist safety,stability and efficiency.Through the practice proof,the article studies the scheme can ensure stable operation,reliable,and to simplify the process of the reconstruction project,reduce field installation workload has very important practical significance.
