摘要
对基于谱分析的DNA序列识别中相关问题建立了数学模型,并进行了计算及结果分析.提出了一种基于频数二次型的功率谱快速算法和基于帕斯瓦尔定理的信噪比快速算法,建立了基于模糊逻辑的自适应阈值模型,提出了基于重复序列的边界搜索算法,最后利用谱分析对基因突变中的伪鞍部进行了识别.
Mathematical models about DNA sequence recognition based on spectral analysis are established, and calculation and results analysis are given out. A fast power spectrum calculation algorithm based on the frequency quadratic form and a fast SNR calculation algo- rithm based on the Pass Val theorem are proposed, and an adaptive threshold model based on fuzzy logic is built, and a boundary search algorithm based on the repeat sequence is proposed, and finally spectral analysis is used to identify the pseudo saddle in the gene mutation,
