短暂性脑缺血发作早期脑卒中风险评估研究的进展 被引量：24

摘要 短暂性脑缺血发作（transient ischemic attack，TIA）是常见的缺血性脑血管病，美国每年有20万～50万患者被诊断为TIA。研究表明，虽然TIA的神经功能缺损症状是短暂的，但TIA后的脑卒中风险较高，7d内脑卒中发生率为8％～10．5％，90d内为10．5％～14．6％，
