摘要 猕猴桃多酚在自然界中含量丰富,它是一类非常重要的活性物质,具有很多生理功能,能够清除大量的自由基,预防组织器官的老化,是一种高效的自由基清除剂,在功能食品、现代医药、保健行业中日益得到重视。本研究对猕猴桃多酚的组成、生理功能及提取方法作了概述。 A ctinidia polyphenols are rich in natural. They are a type of important activity substance contained in kiwi fruit,and have high antiradical capacity. As a free radical scavenger,polyphenols can prevent aging of tissues and organs ,and be more important in function food ,medicine ,and health products. This study was outlined composition ofA ctinidia polyphenols, physiological function and extraction methods.
