低温高压均质法提取谷胱甘肽的生产工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 以鲜酵母为原料,对高压均质法提取谷胱甘肽进行研究。结果表明,低温高压均质法提取谷胱甘肽的优化工艺条件:均质压力170MPa,料液比13∶100(m∶V),循环次数3次,提取温度15℃,在该条件下酵母释放谷胱甘肽的效果最好,单位质量酵母释放谷胱甘肽的量为56.5mg/g。 With the fresh yeast as raw materials,extracting the glutathione(GSH) through high pressure homogenization was researched.at low temperature.The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions of extracting glutathione through high pressure homogenization were shown as follow:the glutathione homogenization pressure is 170 MPa,solid-liquid ratio is 13∶100(m∶V),the cycle-index is 3,and the extraction temperature is 15° Cunder the optimized conditions,the amount of GSH which unit mass yeast released reached a level of 56.5 mg/g.
