摘要
文章介绍了以精制食用盐为原料生产软水盐的工艺过程控制,对软水盐固结机理进行了分析。着重介绍了对原料的筛选,生产过程中环境的控制。结果表明原料的粒度级配和生产过程中的湿度控制,是软水盐质量好坏的关键,同时优选出了较适宜的粒度级配和湿度控制条件,为软水盐产品质量提供了保障。
This paper introduces the process control of water softener salt product by edible salt.The consolidation mechanism water softener salt were analyzed.The paper focuses on the selection of raw materials and the environment control of production process.The results show that the grain size distribution of raw materials and the humidity control of the production process are the key to the humidity of water softener salt quality.At the same time,we selected the optimum gradation and humidity control condition,and provides the guarantee for the water softener salt product quality.
