摘要
新型混凝土空心楼板是在混凝土板中埋入永久性球状内部空腔的新型结构体系,通过对新型混凝土空心楼板温度场的计算分析确认了该新型混凝土空心楼板的保温节能效应,以及板厚和填充球间距对楼板保温性能的影响。分析结果表明,内嵌球状填充物的新型混凝土空心楼板保温节能效应优越,保温效果随填充球间距的减小而增加,保温持续时间随板厚的增加而增加。
The new concrete biaxial hollow slab was filled some spherical light material in the center of steel reinforcement cage.The temperature of this new concrete hollow slab was discussed and the effects of slab thickness and filler distance on its thermal insulation property were studied.The results showed that this new concrete biaxial hollow slab was heat retaining and energy saving.Moreover,the thermal insulation of this hollow slab improved with the filler distance decreased,and the heat preservation time increased property with slab thickness increased.
