摘要
目的:建立三七丹参颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法分别对三七丹参颗粒两味药材三七和丹参进行定性鉴别,并应用高效液相色谱法对其所含的丹酚酸B进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱均能检出三七和丹参;丹酚酸B在22.2~111.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.55%,RSD=0.86%。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,可作为三七丹参颗粒质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish the specification for Sanqidanshen Granules. Methods:Panax nomginseng (Burk.) F. H . Chen. and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. were identified by TLC ; and the content of Salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC. Results: Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen. and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. could be detected by TLC ; Salvianolic acid B showed a good linear relationship at a range of 22. 2-111.0mg/L; r= 0. 9999; The average recovery was 99.55% and RSD was 0.86%. Conclusiorl: The established methods were simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used effectively for the quality control of Sanqidanshen Granules.
